E*Trade Online DRS NOT Working
I'm trying to DRS from Etrade..
"Documents" ---> Forms & Applications
" Deposits & Withdrawals" ----> Request a Stock Certificate ----> Submit Online
I then check GME and the number of stocks I want to register, already have had 500 in my account for a few weeks..
Problem is, after doing the above the "continue" button leads to nowhere. It stays on the same page without even redirecting. I've tried right clicking and trying to open link in a new tab, but the continue button doesn't give me the option to do so. The button is just there and is nonfunctuional. There isnt a "preview" button anywhere on the page. Am currently on the phone trying to connect with a rep for help.
Anyone else dealing with the same issue?
Edit1: 2.5 hours later a rep is helping me out. Upon mentioning GME as the stock I want transferred, rep put me on hold. Says he needs to go get them "signed off" (approval from higher up).
Edit2: Etrade rep said transfer will take 3-5 weeks.

In my opinion, it is part of a policy of dragging their feet on DRSing our shares. I had to call Etrade 3 times for them to finally get the ball rolling on DRSing my shares.

So after the phone call what happens? Do i receive an email? Something in the mail?
