I'm a little pissed with this game

I'm on switch so maybe that's it. I have reset, reinstalled, restarted not only my console but my wifi. I have done everything I possibly could to fix this. EVEN THE FORTNITE STATUS SAYS ITS FIXED BUT ITS NOT! I'm still getting the dumbass white drifting screen. And I'm fucking pissed because the one time I wanna play this after an entire year away from it I can't. The one time I tried to it fucking fails. I can't even get to an agent to see about this problem because there are none, not to mention I gave went through now four of them trying to fix this problem. I even updated the game, nothing! I've tried the YouTube hack still nothing! It's infuriating! I just wanna play a game ;-;
