Thrunite TH10 v2 charging issue

Thanks to the recommendation of this sub, at the end of last year I bought the TH10 V2 and it has served me very well. In the last few days, however, I have been unable to charge the light. Usually I plug in the light and the light shows a red indicator while charging, then blue when it is complete. Now, even when the battery is near dead, the light shows blue when plugged in and the light doesn't charge properly. I have a backup battery that I have tried and I still have this issue. The light died on me in the field the other day after I had it plugged in, and now I have 2 near-dead batteries and no way to charge them. I have reached out to Thrunite and have not heard back yet. Anything I can do? Is the light dead?
