lower back and belly pain spotting

Hello, It is almost a month I have lower belly and back pain, and spotting after my periods and after sex, and difficulty urinating. My periods are generally very heavy for the past couple of years. I have IBS too, now I'm searching internet and all I find turn endometrial cancer or cervix cancer. I'm very nervous called several doctors to make an appointment but now before holidays no one has an appointment. I really need encouragement, what else other than cancer can cause these symptoms?
