Brand new teacher!

I just got hired to teach high school earth science and I start in January. Does anyone have any suggestions for must haves for the classroom, things that aren’t worth me buying out of pocket, suggestions for things that would help me my first semester, etc.

I am sorry if this has been posted before, I’m trying to compile a list of things I need to get for when I move into my classroom next year and I’m coming in midway through the semester with kids who had a teacher all last semester. This is literally my first time alone in a classroom and it is at a huge public school (3000+ students)
