Need sum advice on sum shit I been going thru

Me and my Girl been going at it this past week We both got jobs so we see each other 3 days max a week it’s gotten too toxic for me At the point where this girl dont make me happy at some times How do I move on? How do I not give a fuck if somebody else finna do her This female was the love of my life not too long ago I wanna move on to better things and cut ties with her but I cant cuz im attached and care bout what she doing
