Anyone else with fingerprint scanner issues on their Pixel 5?

I'm not sure if anyone else is in the same boat. Did a search of the subreddit and it seems to be dominated with pixel 6/p6p threads about the fingerprint scanner but nothing for the 5. Ever since I've updated, my fingerprint scanner on my 5 min works like...10% of the time? I even went to add a new fingerprint and it continues to tell me to clean the scanner. I've cleaned it off Multiple times and still the same.

Anyone else in this boat?
