Getting out of state Tucson hybrid?

In about half a year I’d like to buy a new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited edition, but I see too many vultures in California. I was wondering, how difficult is it to get this car out of state or have it factory built / delivered to a dealership? This is my first time buying a new car. I’d be willing to throw a $15-20k down payment.
