A fiction novel to read when pregnant?

I am currently pregnant and looking for fiction novels to read while pregnant. I am not looking for books that uses motherhood or pregnancy as the main theme, I wouldn't even mind if those topics were not in the book. No tragedies or dramas please, at least if it involves children or family, though I am very open to classical or postmodern literature too not just genre books.

I am looking for something that gives an aura or atmosphere into which I would like to welcome a child, to hug a baby in warm thaughts and dreams. Or something you have read while you were pregnant and made a lifelong impression. Something that one should read now while they can. Or just something that you think would go well with a special winter where I am at home, not working, waiting for a baby.
