!Lotus!< customization is a great addition, however we do not view them standing in the presented lighting conditions. Their transmissions are what we're really customizing.
If a silent transmission popped up while we were in the menu it would give us a more accurate rendition of what we'll see ingame, instead of having to jump into a mission to see how the final result turns out.

I chose the variant of her because of appearance, not because of name. There's a description about it, but it is unclear about that (further customization can mean recoloring, not the full appearance). I was disappointed when I saw the skins. Now I'm stuck with good appearance of her but with the name I didn't want. There's probably no way to fix this, but the description should be clear that it's the name choice is permanent, not the whole image.
There probably is an easy way to fix this by just tying the name to the individual skins, so if you equip og lotus it comes out as lotus etc. And I'm not entirely sure why they haven't done it this way

i think they mean the message you get in your inbox right as you finish the quest. in the top right corner i think theres a button to get the origional popup
