Is it true that there was supposed to be a bear attack in season 2?
Apparently there's a claim by a youtuber that there was supposed to be a bear attack in season 2 episode 3. I tried looking everywhere for some type of proof by one of the developers talking about it or some mention of it on here, but I can't find it.

Not just a tiger apparently a bear attack as well.
There was meant to be a Tiger in the final episode in a zoo and it would of picked the group off one by one
Oh, thank fucking God they didn't go with this plotline. It sounds absolutely ridiculous.
It does sound kind of ridiculous in retrospect, but I do like the general idea they were trying to go for with it.
The plan was to have it outwardly appear like a murder mystery arc from the sounds of it, where people from your group would start going missing at night, and everybody would go paranoid trying to figure out who or what was taking and killing people. Everybody would start assuming it's some malicious person or group stalking you and picking you off one by one, and then you'd get the reveal where it turns out to be an escaped tiger from a nearby zoo.
I'm thinking they were trying to make another subversive antagonist, kind of like the Stranger in S1, where he's built up to be some big mysterious overarching villain, but then you find out that it's just some random unfortunate dude you indirectly ruined the life of. With the tiger, you'd have everybody assuming whatever's attacking them to be a human threat, some sadistic thinking enemy... only for it to wind up being a simple wild animal, running on instinct.
It may of been ridiculous but it had a really dark name and ending and that is one of the reasons they changed the story
