Considering I deemed myself as a "basic bitch" back then. I don't see what all the fuss is about. I honestly wish I had never gone to college and went straight into the workforce/a good company instead.

I get the whole anti-work trend because I've had to work under a lot of shitty bosses. That's why I chose to become a boss myself. Everyone under me loves me because I work for them and everyone above me is too afraid of losing me because I know too much. It's a win win

That was in 2013 and I was 26 years old. I was delivering pizzas for $4 an hour +tips before that. Scooping cajun peanuts out of a 10ft vat by hand in HS. I know what hard work is and what a persons value is bassed on their work ethic

Based on your karma I see you're more into causing drama and are not truly interested or live within the area I'm seeking workers from. Pay can be discussed privately with whomever is interested based upon their experiences, circumstances, and work ethic. I'm tired of hiring people who are younger than me who look at their phones all day while working. For the past 8 years I've supervised people who are old enough to be my parents and they give me no problems. It is only my generation and under that do so.

I've never applied to a job that did not openly display their starting wage. It's about security. Also, if you're not willing to hire people who are young, are you really trying your hardest to fill vacancies?
