GT button box on different rim?

Anyone know if the GT button box will fit on aftermarket wheels? Considering getting a d-shape wheel (went with the round for versatility since it's my first wheel).

What about an F1 style wheel?

This idea is basically what I was looking for in the first part of my question - looks like I could put another GT1 wheel if the bolt pattern matches.

I know the Simagic GT4 wheel has no button box (the buttons are built into the wheel itself), but are there GT4 rims that would fit the GT1 button box?

Found an "F1" and "GT3" wheel:

(this one looks quite nice!)

Cheers. I like the second one! Apparently you can choose between Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz for the middle Emblem. Although I like it 'naked' too!

A bit late to the party, but there are companies out there that will do what your looking for. I can offer some suggestions, not my style but these wheels from Turn Racing would work. There’s also these from 3DRap which even have cutouts for the buttons themselves and is one of the most “integrated” solutions I was able to find in my own searches.

But essentially anything with a standard 6 hole bolt pattern with spokes that won’t interfere with any of the buttons or switches.
