How to play on my account on a different computer?

Hey, so I have my account on my laptop with my DLCs and everything. I just got a new computer and I can’t sign in to the account I already have. Is something wrong or is it not possible? I don’t want to create a new account on my new PC and then link it, my main account is the one I already have on my old laptop.

Any suggestions/help us appreciated!!
