Here is reason why Iraq political system is failure
The muhasasa is not the problem. The problem is the Iraqi election system which allow Iraqi political parties to join each other and there no limitation. For in example in Europe. Some countries have system that .. If party that wins most of the votes... They can create majority coalitions. All the parties that lost will automatically put in opposition. In Iraq all the losers that have lost election.. can create biggest block and claims of Political majority. This how Iraq literally recycle failed incompetent politicians in each election. Even if they lose they win.

It is not that, it is the fact the most politicians are placed there by the Iranian, American, Turkish, Saudi governments to help them gain what they want, boom that's it.
But the thing I explained literally allow them to do that much easily. You only need one seat to join largest block. If we had real democracy Sadr should have power to form majority with Kurds/Sunnis parties. This would literally annihilate huge amount of foreign influence like Iran for example.... If we had more Iraqi Nationalist Sunnis, Kurds, Shia parties winning majority.. Then we would get rid even more foreign meddler..
The only way to truly make the iraqi government iraqi is by an iraqi person just killing everyone in the current government and rule iraq, it is literally impossible to land a seat if you don't have help from outside aid.
Not anymore. The new election law literally opened door for regular iraqis to join in government. Emitad won 300.000 votes only spending 200 dollar for campaign and they dont have arms. This was not possible before.
As if they will have the power to change something...
I've been thinking about that actually unfortunatly i don't have much time
