I have a tummy tuck, upper body lipo and breast lift with augmentation in a week. Any tips?

In a week I'm having the surgery mentioned and it's my first time getting plastic surgery. Anybody any advice? I have stocked up on comfy clothes, after lipo massages are booked and I have food prepped and frozen. Anybody any more advice?

Edit: thanks for the wonderful advice so far. It did make realise to add a bit more info. I'm flying to a different country for the procedure. We will be there for 7 days, of which I will spend 1 or 2 nights in the hospital and the we will be moved across the street the hotel that caters to the people who just had surgery and be visited by a nurse everyday. My wonderful boyfriend is coming with me to help. After a week we will fly back home.
