Well I almost solely on ball(I only don’t guard paint mash) and I’m 120-24(I’ve beat showdown) or something like that. My team is good but not the best cards in the game good. But I come from playing park and pro am so guarding most my team kids is relatively easy no offense.

Exactly. And with the setting I run it’s basically just me playing park with a big that doesn’t hedge much.

My connection ain’t the greatest so I have to deal w lag online. If I on ball all game, I’ll get blown by each possession. Switching between off and on all is the only way I can play any type of defense.
I’ve got bad connection and found a defense that i can off ball in all game and still play great, I put my defense in stay home, then adjust the on ball to smother, and the force direction to baseline. It turns out that if you stay home and force the guy outside and away from the alleys most players become completely stumped on offense and take 2-3 quarters to come up when anything resembling a viable offense
