(Decs483 v. New York) (595 U.S. 48) Verdict
A verdict has been reached concerning the New York law titled “New York tightening the age of consent”. The court has come to the conclusion that the aforementioned law violates a citizen’s right to privacy, and as such is unconstitutional. The law is hereby declared null and void until the state of New York amends it to remove certain violating sections.
