Unable to join wi-fi networks - Managed Home screen Android

Hi All,

I have some Android tablets I'm testing with managed home screen. When in the managed home I can't join different wi-fi networks.

I can view available networks, click them and enter the password but they won't join. When I exit from managed home screen I can join them.

Any ideas as I can't see what would be blocking this.
