Charged Dash Trickster Passive Tree Direction
Hello, I am trying to build a charged dash trickster in ssf and am having issues deciding what to take in my passive tree. This is just a fun build idea I wanted to play so I don't care whether or not it's very good, but I do want to at least have an idea on how to build it as I continue to level. The main thing I want to uphold is the class theme of hybrid evasion/ES, meaning I don't want to go pure energy shield bases AND using energy blade.
The main things that are giving me a headache so far are the following:
- Reservations - I would like to use tempest shield but have no room for it. I have grace and discipline reservation masteries. A similar build I am basing mine off of does not use grace at all, but obviously at level 74, my gear is just act gear with low defenses so I don't think I will do well without it.
- Life - Original intent was to focus on building energy shield and just keep a life pool around 1.5k to 2k and survive off of energy shield. As a result, I haven't been worrying about life on gear, but I think this might bite me in the ass since I am not taking Chaos Inoculation or doing other no life shenanigans to protect me from chaos damage. Assuming I have max chaos res down the line, would this still be an issue?
- Shock and Summon Skitterbots - I am leaving a lot of lightning damage on the table right now and instead opting to use the skitterbots to cover shocking for me. If I got rid of skitterbots, I would feel like these damage nodes would be worth it, but would have less points available for defenses. I could also use tempest shield with my current reservation setup
- Resolute Technique - I am pathing so far to get this node top synergize with the non-crit lightning damage being lucky mastery. This node combined with grabbing the grace reservation mastery is making my tree look super scuffed.
As a side note, the ideal cluster jewels should also be included in the PoB. I'm SSF though so at best, I will probably only end up using a couple cluster jewels down the line and certainly not the megalomaniac.
Chase uniques I would try to farm if I end up being able to do end game content would be
- Energy from Within jewel
- The Vertex Vaal Mask
- Sin Trek, Stealth boots
- Shaper's Touch
They are in the All items list for now and not equipped. Feel free to shit on me and the build as much as possible as long as there's at least some constructive criticism I can use!

I theory crafted Charged Dash build using Raider, however I tried it yesterday by respecing my level 85 Raider and it's just not that good. I think the problem is that it's just too clunky and the pulse area is just too small.
Anyway you can check out the pob below, I tried to stack as much movement speed as possible and I'm dual weilding dagger so i get to use nightblade to get nice crit multi and elusive. I say if you are still interested in playing, stack crits, use daggers, take the convert 40% phys to lightning mastery, don't use energy blade it sucks, stack frenzy and power charges, take the whole dagger wheel, and stack as many movement as possible so you can get the 150% more damage once the shadow stop moving.
In the end though I change the main skill to flicker strike and it's much better.

I thought they changed how the max movement speed worked for the 150% more worked? I could of sworn it's better to stack the attack speed while keeping movement speed between a threshold to max the amount of times you pulse? I agree though the skill is a bit clunky and I remember finding myself in positions where I needed to release but put in awkward positions and dying etc.
