Age 5 Water
Has anyone found a decent high speed way of extracting water that isn't the pumpjack? My well on a hopper approach isn't keeping up with my steam requirements.

Double checking but have you upgraded the hoppers efficiency output and set up a well on either side?

No, I had not! The speed upgrade made a huge difference

Easy done! I like having a tank buffer to hold more steam from my solar towers just in case I have a large power job

Settle near a river and just abuse the infinite water mechanics from there.
iirc doesn’t this pack also have CFB kitchen sinks? Those should work.

Not sure about sevtech precisely (haven't played past age 2 myself yet), but the CFB kitchen sink can definitely serve as an infinite water source hooked up to various mods' fluid pipes in other modpacks I've played with it in.

Just tried. The block outputs nothing unfortunately. Edit: Just checked its disabled in the config. I could enable it I guess...

I had a suspicion it’d be more difficult than that. Can I ask what thing you need steam for btw?

A well bucket with water on all 4 sides with a liquid hopper underneath is all I've ever needed, but if that's still not enough, make 2.

With a mekanism pump upgraded, it should do the job, using an aqueduc to bring enough water
