What can I expect from the Riverside Shakespeare?

Before any consideration, I would like to apologize as it is my second post today.

I was expecting to buy separate versions of Shakespeare's plays, but I have just recieved the Riverside Shakespeare collection as a gift.

It still takes some time for the package to be delivered, so I would like to know what can I expect from this edition.
