Unpopular opinion: An fps where the top is dominated by aim assist will never have the skill ceiling of a MnK game nor a fraction of the popularity and hype

I know halo has always been a controller game. I grew up playing halo. Even so, the top being completely dominated by controllers because of aim assist dampens the competitive experience. Would Halo ever reach the heights of CS or Valorant if MnK actually stood a chance? Probably not. However, I think the interest in the game would be much greater now and later on.
