how do i take these off/put them back on???
i had an adjustment yesterday and had these places on the back corners of my teeth. i was told to apply the same triangles i had been doing the past couple months up front, but was told nothing about these and wasn’t given any different bands. i plan on calling in the morning, but just curious if anybody knows how to apply these?

Don't think you're supposed to change those. Hence not telling you about them.
you were correct. i called and that’s what they told me. just figured they would’ve at least mentioned that after they put them on lol. thanks, though!
