And maybe organise a team photo outside the nick to put with it. Very few people get physical photos done anymore. Our team did one and it was something I could show my (close) friends and family and i’ll probably look back on it in 20 years and be glad I took it

So my skipper is leaving at the end of Feb and has done an insane amount in supporting and providing me with great opportunities. 

Probably the best supervisor I've had in any of my working years. 

I wanted to get something even if its small and memorable as a token of my appreciation. Any good ideas on what to get a departing skipper?
