Renata is real Polish name and first Polish name in League. It's not super famous nowadays but many Polish women above 40-50 yo has this name. Renata also rhymes with 'szmata' which means bitch/whore

Is it not Italian? Means “reborn”
The name is popular in both countries (unsure which one “””invented””” it first). Either way, I don’t think we have an Italian character (or name, though might be wrong), so…we’ll wait and see, then.
The name derives from the latin "Re natus" which means reborn which became "Renato" (a boys name) close to the 3rd century in rome. Later, they said "hmm, cool enough" and put an "a" to indicate a feminine name, which has been more widely used in modern age.
