Szczepan
You evil man.
Pls dont take advice from redditors lol
Bożydar.
The best option
Dominik maybe? ... its quite neutral and also the polish style , also its a rare name ...
Rare? I met 5 Dominik’s last night on Nowy Swiat.
I met like ... 2 ... ok 3 , in my life
Adam, Daniel, Robert, Alan are all directly the same in English and Polish
Jakub, Dominik, Stefan are similar
Alan has similar renome in Poland to someone naming a kid Dżesika or Brian, be serious dude xD
Super Polish name that was imported here like 7 years ago xD
Alan has been around long enough to not be ridiculed. I had a classmate with this name more than 10 years ago and he had no problems (and it was in the countryside).
And I was in a class with Pamela 20 years ago and she had quite the character so there was no constant barrage of jokes but whats the point? Its definitely not a Polish name just like Pamela.
And renome is going msotly about parents of kids with such names, not really about kids itself tho you have good chance that you will make their life harder. But I guess with such name parents are already kinda thinking about their kid emigration.
Mamy "normal" Polish names weren't actually Polish in the beginning, but nowadays we have no problem with that. Also Poles started to use Alan as a name in the 80s. It's nothing new.
Pamela is a name that got popular because of a celebrity. Alan isn't like that. There is no association with bad or trashy parenting.
We're not in the 90's. Alan is a perfectly normal name in Poland, at least where I live, work and studied before.
Sure thing, so is Dżesika and Brian, I met few people eith those names. Dunno what you guys are trying to prove with those examples really.
Alan works cause its read as its written unlike the other 2 which are just butcherd to shit
They're Canadian. No one is going to realise and in 20 years people will forget about it being a new name

My friend has strange interest in old polish/slavic names, but he lives in Netherlands atm and his friends love his son named "Wojmir". Just a sugestion:)
Franciszek - Frank, Łukasz - Lukas, Tomasz - Tom, Michał - Michael, Karol - Carl, Stanisław - Stanislaus/Stan
