Do climate adjusters take time?

New owner of a 12’ Plank & Hide board here. Our board was delivered a few weeks ago and is pretty convex (higher in the center than on the sides), causing the pucks to steer off the board when riding the edge. It came with 4 climate adjusters, each with four nuts. I did what the videos said and loosened the outside nuts on each adjuster and tightened the inside nuts. However, after re-checking each section of the table it is still not fixed, as I can slide a piece of paper under a level on the edges, but not the middle.

For those who are experienced at this, should the adjustments be noticeable/measurable immediately? Or do they take a few days to set in? Just trying to determine if I need to tighten them even more (afraid to do this) or just give it time.
