Does anyone now how to do this? I usually buy the game on steam and use the workshop but I have been using the Xbox game pass on PC version this year and can’t seem to get the logo packs I downloaded from Sortitoutsi to work.
Does anyone have experience with this?

You can't legally access files on Xbox-App games
You can. There’s two versions on gamepass one version you can’t and one version you can
In the xbox app next to the play, uninstall or share is a 3 dot button. Click that and then you should find an option to allow mods. That should open it up so you can view the full file structure and install mods as much as you want. Only works on pc but it is how I got Zealand's USA database added.
I spent ages with this the other day with no luck.
