My little ficus Benjamin suddenly became droopy and is loosing its leaves. Can anyone help me save it? Comments for info

Soil is lightly damp at the moment. It should not be overwatering nor underwatering since I always check the soil in 2cm depth before watering. I moved the pot two weeks ago in a room with a little bit more light, but nothing changed in my watering pattern
