- They merged 32-bit and 64-bit apps together, so there is no more separate apps for 32-bit and 64-bit.
- If you still have problems with the Pgsharp app, Pgsharp is saying that the problems are related to Niantic. According to them, you have to wait for Niantic to fix their game app in the next update then Pgsharp can provide the new updated app that has those fixes.
- Starting with Beta v1.68.5, they added support for Android 13.
Should you updated to Android 13?
No, if you have problems with the new OS or Pgsharp has a problem, it may be difficult or impossible for you to go back to the previous OS. Google Pixel phones allow this process but for other brands, they may not allow you to do it meaning you are stuck on Android 13 for a long.

[1] This no root method is not safe and not ban proof.
All spoofing and bot methods in my subreddit are not safe and not ban proof because everything is detectable, but it all depends on if Niantic wants to detect the cheat. Spoofing is cheating because they wrote it in Pokemon Go's Terms of Service. If you want to cheat/spoof/bot, you must accept the risks of getting punished by their strike system. It is an unfair advantage to play the game with a joystick without having to walk around outside.
- 1st strike: 7-day soft ban with limited Pokemon spawns with zero access to raids and Go Battle League.
- 2nd strike: 30-day temporary ban. You cannot play on your account for 30 days.
- 3rd strike: Account termination also known as a permanent ban.
Once your account has gotten the 1st strike, this means you cannot cheat/spoof/bot on the account anymore because you can trigger the next strike (This has already been proven). Strikes may reset over time if certain conditions are met. The main mod does not play the game, so he does not want you to use an easy spoofing method to play the game too! I used to be a moderator under him back in 2018 to March 2020. I am not a Pgsharp App Developer and do not have a partnership with them too. I pay for my own subscription, which allows me to freely discuss about the good and bad things about them without any repercussions.
Good things:
- Has a free option with a customizable enhance throw and 100 IV feed.
- Has a paid option with all features unlocked.
- No need to root your device to install it and instructions are very easy.
- Works on smartphones and tablets with 4GB RAM (or more) running Android 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
- Supports PTC, Facebook, and Google logins.
Bad things:
- Cannot buy Poke coins through the Pgsharp app. You must uninstall Pgsharp, install the game from the Google Play Store to buy and spend your Poke coins. When you are finished, you uninstall Pokemon Go then install Pgsharp again.
- Cannot use Adventure Sync in Pgsharp even if you setup Google Fit.
- No guarantee to pairing your physical Go Plus/Pokeball Plus/Gotcha or similar device. The developers want you to buy a paid key to use their virtual go plus. Some people say they can pair their own device as a free user, I cannot promise this will work for everyone.
- When the Pgsharp server(s) are full or experiencing high traffic, you have to wait in a line queue system to connect to Pgsharp before you can play. Free users have to wait anywhere from 15 seconds to a few hours depending on the game event. Paid key users can skip the line queue and can load into the game without waiting.
- If the Pgsharp's server crash, no one can play the game until the servers are brought back online. They do not communicate when this happens or how long it will take to fix the problem. This can cause you to miss out on your Community Day or Ticketed event.
- Bad communication
- A lot of information should be on their website, but they do not bother adding it. They used to have a Discord group, but it got deleted two times for a Terms of Service violation. Now, they went back to Telegram.

Pgsharp will work inside an emulator, but I do not allow emulator support because emulators have frequent strike/ban waves. Since you are playing on a computer, it means you have a tool that can easily watch and follow YouTube guides. All 5 of the emulators are already detected and have been through many strike/ban waves. It is against rule #5 to ask for help with an emulator, I will remove your post/comment.

Since Reddit mobile app has poor chart optimizations, I limit the amount of text in the chart. If I add long sentences, the chart becomes hard to view on smartphones and tablets.

As a FREE User, you do get a good amount of features but Pokemon Feed, Raid Feed, and Nearby Radar have limited access. This means all three of these cannot be customized. With the Pokemon Feed and Nearby Radar, you can only see 100 iv and cannot change it to 90 to 100 iv or by stats 0/15/15. With the Raid Feed, you get full access to seeing 1-star, 3-star, 5-star, and mega raid Pokemon, but you cannot customize it like seeing 1-star only or 1-star and 3-star only.

Option #1 with their Patreon link: https://www.patreon.com/pgsofficial. This is a $5 per month subscription service. If you buy at day 15th of the month, Patreon will start charging on the 1st of every month. If you want to use PayPal, you must use this link to do it. PayPal is a payment service where you can add your bank account, debit card, credit card, and/or PayPal labeled gift card. This is to help you pay for things securely. PayPal is optional. If you want to cancel subscription, you go to the Patreon website or use their app to do it with your Patreon account.
- Create a Patreon account and do the email confirmation.
- Sign up for the $5 per month subscription and pay with PayPal or with credit/debit card.
- You will get an email titled "Your PGSharp Standard Patron is activated!" with your key right after you pay with a PayPal confirmed/verified account. If you used a debit/credit card, it may take a few days to process.
- If you do not see email with your key, you must use their Feedback Message system https://www.pgsharp.com/feedback/. This is the safest way to contact PGSharp.
Option #2 with their main website link: www.pgsharp.com. This is a non-recurring payment system. If you buy on the 15th, you must manually renew it on the 15th again. You can do it every month for $5 or three months at a time for $15. This is for people who do not use PayPal or do not have PayPal available in their country. You can also use other forms of payment through their website for other countries.
- Go to the website and press buy now under Standard Edition.
- Choose between $5 monthly or $15 quarterly
- Press continue then checkout.
- Create an account or log into your existing account then fill out your name and address.
- If you pay with credit/debit card, the information must match what you have on record for the card. The bank or card company can put a hold on the transaction then you must call them to allow the authorize the transaction or do it by email.
- If you pay with something else and have problems, you must use their Feedback Message system https://www.pgsharp.com/feedback/. This is the safest way to contact PGSharp.
- They will either email you your key or you get it from logging into your account through www.pgsharp.com.

- Adventure Sync cannot be turned on because it does not support Google Fit data app. I already tried it and confirm it does not turn on.
- You cannot buy Poke Coins in PGSharp because it is not connected to Google Pay services. You must buy the coins in Pokemon Go downloaded from the Google Play Store or Galaxy Store with a Samsung device. It is strongly recommended you spend your coins in the official app because sometimes PGSharp's servers can have a problem that can cause you to lose your Poke coins. I know some people who bought something and never received it. They went to contact Niantic Customer service and got their account permanently banned because they know these people used a modified app, since Niantic found out there was nothing wrong with their servers.
- No guarantee to pairing your physical Go Plus/Pokeball Plus/Gotcha or similar device. The developers want you to buy a paid key to use their virtual go plus. Some people say they can pair their own device as a free user, I cannot promise this will work for everyone.
- Pgsharp developers do not want you to use a cloned version of their app. I do not have an answer to the why part. If you clone it, the clone app has no Pokemon feed, no Virtual Go Plus, and is prone to crashing/freezing a lot. I will still have the guide posted for this if you want to go for it in the Frequently Asked Questions section.

- Supports Android OS: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 ; all must have Google Play Store support.
- Must use a smartphone or tablet (Chromebook, laptops, desktop computers, and Android TV are not supported because no one walks around a park with these kinds of devices to play Pokemon Go. PGSharp will not fix your problems if you attempt to use Pgsharp on them.)
- RAM: 4 GB or more is recommended.
- This is a No Root method that does not require rooting.
How to install Pgsharp?
Step 1: Open the Google Play Store, search "Pokemon Go", and uninstall it.
If you do not do this step, you cannot install Pgsharp because it is the modified version of the Pokemon Go app from the Play Store. This means you cannot have both of at the same time.
Step 2: Open the Google Play Store, search "Chrome", and install/enable it.
Must have this browser installed in order to use a Google account, see below for step-by-step for how to login with a Google account.

Step 3: Open your file manager app (example "Files" or "My Files") then go to your download folder and press on pgsXX_XXX_XX.apk.

You do not need to uninstall Pgsharp. You should always backup/export your profile because this contains your paid key and saved: settings, favorites, and custom feeds.

How do I use a Google Login?
IMPORTANT: Chrome browser app is required to use a Google account. Go to the Play Store app and search for "Chrome" to install or enable it. The sign in page is an official Google website.

- Allow access to contacts
- Press on "Chrome" then just once or always.
- Type in your Google account to sign in.
- Allow the game to access your location

- Drag on the two white stripes to move the joystick off the yellow star
- Press on the yellow star > settings > activate your paid key or import your old profile.
How do I use a Facebook Login?
Must allow the game to access your location or you will have problems.
In order to use a Facebook login, you must pair a Google account to a Facebook account by reading https://niantic.helpshift.com/a/pokemon-go/?s=account-and-sign-in&f=linking-facebook-and-google-login-to-your-account&p=web. You must do it in the official Pokemon Go app. DO NOT create a FAKE Facebook account because Facebook can lock your account for using a fake identity. It is impossible to recover the account because you must provide Facebook with a real ID card with the fake identity as proof of ownership of the account.
How do I use a PTC account Login?
Must allow the game to access your location or you will have problems.
For PTC login, you can go here to create a PTC account https://www.pokemon.com. They do not accept throwaway email addresses anymore. Make sure you do the email confirmation.

This requires you to do buy a new device with 4 GB RAM or more because Pgsharp is running Pokemon Go with visual overlays. The overlays require more processing power and ram. You might not be able to play smoothly on a device with 2 to 3 GB RAM.
If you have other problems, you can try these:
Option 1: Clear app cache only.
- Go to Device's Settings > Apps > "Pokemon GO" > Storage > Clear Cache
- Android 9 to 10, press and hold Pokemon Go > app info > Storage > Clear Cache
- Android 11 to 12, press and hold Pokemon Go > press (i) > Storage > Clear Cache
Option 2: Export/backup your profile before clearing app cache and data then import your profile.
- Go to Device's Settings > Apps > "Pokemon GO" > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data
Option 3: Clear app cache and data without importing your old profile. This one may fix your problem but you are going to have to redo all your feeds and favorite coords and gpx.

No, it uses Red Pokeballs only. Enhanced Throw does not work with this too.

No because they want you to use their Virtual Go Plus that costs money. There is no guarantee it will work.
Can I play on a tablet?
Yes.
Can I play on an Amazon Fire or Fire HD tablet?
My guess is maybe if you already have one. The problem with these devices is it does not have a GPS chip. You will get a GPS/Location error because you cannot play with out access to GPS. You can try to buy a USB OTG GPS adapter from eBay.com, but it might be a waste of money.
Can I use another device to buy Poke Coins using the official Pokemon Go app?
Yes.
How come I cannot buy Poke Coin from Samsung's Pokemon Go app?
You need a Samsung Galaxy smartphone or tablet to buy Poke Coins because the Galaxy Store app is integrated into the OS on Samsung devices. You cannot download the Galaxy Store app onto your Google, LG, Sony, Asus, Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus, or whatever device.
