Recommendations on a 'live' commercial zone?

Discussion

Hi! I'm looking to rent some land for an art gallery, and I'm not seeing a lot that I like from the major real estate companies on my rather broad sweep.

Do you have commercial land that you actually like? Is the region 'alive' to some degree? Is it kind of cool? If so, I'd love to hear from you. Not looking for offers of parcels as much as recommendations from people who have had good experiences.

Definitely open to mainland as well but I'm less hopeful of finding something kind of vibrant there.

The best place I know for art galleries with an active community is South Corsica Coast (what used to be Campbell Coast). I don't know who to contact these days (there have been some changes in the community lately) but if you drop in to the roadside info centre in Emyniad, there are some staff online/offline boards and information there.

I like the galleries around the Chelsea hotel or Commune Utopia. Commune us busier but I love the old school SL feel at the Chelsea.

I'm pretty sure London accepts galleries... or they used to. That's assuming the work is family-friendly, anyway.

What kind of art is it? I know a few locations as I've been bouncing around looking for something similar since I returned (but didn't find anywhere that fit my odd stuff)
