Single serve machine not heating and turning off...
I have a 5-yr old single-serve machine. It has not been heating the water and shuts off during it's "flashing red" stage. This seems to happen only in the morning. Used it successfully 3 times LAST NIGHT. But this morning it failed again. I have changed outlets but still no luck. My older multi-serve machine still works although it is an extremely slow pour. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it just part of Keurig's planned obsolescence? Any tricks or ideas? Thank you.
UPDATE: After some trial and error, I think I solved the issue. It seems this machine doesn't like filtered water cold from the fridge. If I wait and let the water warm for at least an hour, it processes fine!

I’m not sure about your single serve machine, I’d call Keurig to see if they have any tips. As for the multi serve, I’d buy some descaling solution and descale it.
Thanks for the feedback. I have cleaned and descaled the bigger unit but it had no affect on the flow. It is over 10 years old however.
