This effing subreddit is brutal

I'm an everyday smoker. All day everyday. When I wake up, breaks at work, when I'm off, after I eat, before I do anything, and everything. Always. Before I typed "Always" I hit the pipe sitting next to me.

I was not at all ready to read any of the content here. There are way too many thought provoking comments and posts.

Theres too much going on in my life as it is for me to want to take on breaking what appears to be a pretty bad addiction.

But fuck, thanks for planting the seed. See ya round.

lol, i said "but fuck"

I feel the same way. It's never seemed like it would matter much if I stopped...but it would probably be amazing, after the initial 15 or so days of absolute hell. I've 'quit' once before, for around a year. I've been back on the pipe now for 5 months, everyday. I tried last week to not smoke and my body/mind was not having it.

Today, I am going to the gym instead of to my normal Wednesday bong session. Baby steps, bro. Baby steps.
