Looking for bars that have shuffleboard tables in the NW burbs?

Question/Comment

Finding somewhere that also has a league would be even better. Looking ideally around North Hoffman Est, Lake Zurich, Palatine, Schaumburg, etc. but open to other nw burbs as well. TIA.

I think Fox and Hound in Schaumburg has shuffleboard. Top Golf in Naperville has shuffleboard too.

Thanks. Never would have thought of Top Golf, but I just looked online and it looks like the Schaumburg location has at least one table.

Will do. I can tell you that there's a place in Sycamore (right outside of DeKalb,) a tiny little local bar called Cub and Spank's that has a great table and great service. If you dont mind a little trip it's worth it

update: Fox and Hound is by far the best I've found.

Moose lodges have them and they are always available and free

Scorched earth & crystal lake brewing have them.. or used to!

Scorched Earth still does for sure.

CLB has one but I think I remember seeing it being used as a surface for storing cases...but it was right around the holidays & a beer release so that may have been temporary.

Guess I'll have to go back to check 😏

Guess you're gonna need a beer to scope out the situation, huh. For OP's sake, of course

Arlington Ale House has one maybe two shuffle boards. Also they have other board games, live music, decent drink selection, and a decent patio.

If it’s still open the bar over metropolis in downtown Arlington I forget the name but it’s the rooftop bar has shuffleboard

I love shuffleboard. The hubby and back in our dating years played at two of our favorite dive bars. Friends would join then it always ended up being guys against the gals. Great times. However, I second Fox and Hound. Years back that dive bar on Algonquin , in that little strips of stores, right off 53 by where McCools was, had one. Plus, there drinks were way cheaper than Pinstripes and Fox&Hound

The only dive bar around I can think of over there is the Stadium? Haven't been there but I see it when getting on/off of 53.

That's sounds familiar. That could be it.

Shuffleboard. Want to try mega-shuffleboard? Try Chicago Curling Club in Northbrook.

I guess not staying on topic got you down votes but ty for the suggestion regardless. I actually enjoy watching curling so might be willing to give it a try sometime.

Penrose Brewery in Geneva used to have some, I think they still do but haven't been there in ages!
