In case you are looking for the folders by hand. Its in AppData -> Roaming -> Space Engineers.
So i copied my saves into tge correct location but tget do not appear when i try to load a game... anything else i need to configure?
Use Windows Key + R and enter:
...and Go, then copy your Saves folder from there.
You may also want to copy the Screenshots if any, and if you ever manually installed or made your own Blueprints, Mods, or Worlds copy those folders.
The Spaceengineers.cfg is your settings (and any custom keybinds), but if you've changed hardware you may not want to copy it and let SE re-create it. Pretty much everything else is cache files or logs so you don't need to copy those.
Workshop files (mods, scripts, etc) are now stored in the Steam Workshop cache. Steam should handle those if you've changed drives, or the Steam Library location, and verify or re-download them at next launch.
