Can someone guide me how I can setup Windows 7 completely with Drivers on my modern laptop?

Hello everyone!
Ignore my username, sometimes even experts need help. I've been using my current laptop (An ASUS TUF F15-FX506LI) for over a year after switching from my old Windows 7 laptop. But somehow I couldn't get with Windows 10/11. They are just too laggy and not good enough for me. So after seeing many of my friends getting around by using Windows 7 even on their modern hardware, I decided to do this too.

Here are my laptop's specs:
Intel Core i7-10870H
NVIDIA GTX 1650 Ti Mobile
256 GB NVMe SSD
1 TB HDD
16 GB 2933 MHz DDR4 RAM
Intel WiFi 6 AX201
Bluetooth
And LOADS of USB 3 ports

I still have my old license key of Windows 7 Pro, so I could even get by purchasing ESU which will make my system even more secure.

If someone could help me get this running on my modern system, I'd really appreciate this! Thank you for your time :D

  1. Do you have CSM/Legacy Boot available in BIOS? If yes then enable it. If not then I will send you a guide on how to use UEFISeven.

  2. Use Windows 7 Image Updater on a Clean ISO of 7 64-Bit.

  3. Make a BIG backup of everything you have on your Laptop.

  4. Install from that ISO (use the guide I will send to you if you dont have CSM) by DVD/Bootable USB.

  5. Download SDI (The Torrent version of course): https://sdi-tool.org/

  6. Install drivers by SDI (This is the only easy way to get them for a Laptop this new).

  7. Done!

It will be easy for an old laptop just download an ISO and install drivers using your manufacturer's ones.

You will need to replace that ax201 wifi chip and if possible use something older, since there are no Windows 7 drivers for it.

That's so sad, then I don't think I can switch to Windows 7 cause I cannot change the WiFi adapter

You could get a usb plug-in wifi and just use that for wifi. It's not a great solution but it's guaranteed to work.

I have another notebook, I'll use that till Windows 7 isn't setup completely, all I need is someone's guidance, but no one's helping me. Do you think you can help me to install?

I'm sick of 11 now, it takes way too long to boot, even on an NVMe + gaming performance is nowhere near as good as 10/8/7.

Isn't it possible to load up a modded driver, or try the Windows 10 driver on it? In the past I had a Dell Inspiron Mini that I downgraded from Windows 7 to XP, but the 7 driver worked.

Also I couldn't get windows 7 to load after the "Starting Windows" screen :(

Im aware there are older Intel wifi chipsets from a few years back that still have Windows 7 support, I dunno if you could mod the ax200 drivers tho but in your case Id just use a dongle, but also if you are stuck on the starting Windows screen you will need UEFI7 which allows it to boot under pure UEFI. I
