Finally got a Rheumatology Appointment!!

After around 35 weeks of waiting, the rheumatology I was referred to had FINALLY put me down for an initial appointment later this month!!

Especially great now as I've been complaining and pulling teeth with my GP for just, well, totally ignoring all my symptoms and going "you're fine" and/or claiming I gave myself symptoms (ie, bouts of eye pain, "you must have poured cooking oil in both your eyes" type absolute bullshit), and otherwise just de-legitimising my symptoms. Might finally be able to get some good testing and help!! Finally!!

Sure having chronic pain sucks ass, but, we've known it's probably AS for months and months (chronic pain specialist physio thought I matched up perfectly but didn't have the authority to test or diagnose), but finally getting access to proper attention,,, the dream really. Even if it's not AS at the end of the day, hopefully I can get an improved quality of life, yknow? Answers are better than no answers.
