Thinking of quitting. Any good job recommendations?

My store is burning down. I've been a coach for only 3 months and haven't had any training, they keep canceling my classes.

I'm debating looking for another job that pays somewhat the same as 60k. I'm an overnight coach at a complex/market store.

My only experience is with walmart. Any recommendations for other jobs that don't set me up for failure every single opportunity?
