i want to start a long streak

i was close to a 3 week streak then i relapsed hard 3 days ago. i have been cutting like crazy recently and i got caught trying to put a knife back by my brother and he told my dad right in front of me. my longest streak was 29 days and i want to break that record. any advice and support is very much appreciated <3
