Hi Im looking into getting dreams, can anyone help me with a few questions?

Since I would be planning on making a game that is based off an already famous character, I would be worried the game would get hut down or removed from dreams, so instead of releasing it, is it possible to download the save data of the dream to external hard drive, and share online for others to download?
