Don't equate erections, orgasms, etc to "liking" it. Your body can respond in such ways even if your mind doesn't like it.

If you think you might enjoy receiving but not giving, that's okay too. You might have a harder time finding someone to hookup with casually, but a long-term partner shouldn't want you to do things that are hard limits of yours.

What does a guy getting wet mean to you?

3
kasitchi•

Sorry to be nosy, but what did they say? The comment is deleted but I'm curious lol

4

Something along the lines of guys and girls can both get wet or hard. Getting hard was antithetical to getting pleasure in their opinion, while getting wet promoted it. I could be remembering wrong.

It's not everyone's preference. But it could also be the chemistry & connection with the person you are going down on too. You might need someone that can go slowly and more sensually with you until you enjoy it better. You've only just started, so be open to it, but until then, stick to kissing, body contact, frotting, and hand jobs/mutual masturbation.

Maybe he just doesn’t know how to suck. Also you don’t need to suck. Just say no. What experiences have you enjoyed?

You don't have to like anything - sex only works if both parties are happy with activities they engage in; otherwise it's a chore at best

Giving good blow jobs is a learned skill. It takes practice, and communication with partner.

Go slow. You don't need to deep throat to give a pleasurable BJ. Suck on the head, use your hand on the shaft. Squeeze the balls. Ask him to not force your head down on him, or to thrust too deep.

Over time, and with practice, you'll get better at it.

This is true and getting your head (the one on your shoulders) is something learned too I think. You learn to get comfortable in your own skin. You learn what you like and don’t. You learn how to tell the other what you like and don’t. It’s not generally just automatic. Perhaps you are building anxiety there. So maybe back up a bit and stick to hands and touch and kissing and go from there.

I agree with you, oral sex isn’t a big turn on for me. I did enjoy sucking off the few guys I’ve been with but I’d really much rather have anal sex. However when it’s with women, I LOVE giving oral.

I think the next time you meet up with someone you should establish that you aren’t into oral and would prefer anal before hand.

There is no law that says you have to give or receive head. If you don’t like it, say so BEFORE sex and come to an agreement on what sex will be between you. Maybe it’s a handjob, maybe it’s anal, maybe it is just cuddling and masterbation.

The key is discussing it ahead of time

Don’t do anything you don’t like. Be transparent with him or other guys in the future about it. There’s so many things you can do, and you should never make yourself do something you aren’t enjoying. It’s just preference. Some guys actually prefer that over sex, and some prefer sex over bjs. Every person is different. Experiment and find exactly what it is you like, hopefully he is open-minded. And, I feel obligated to say this. Never let someone pressure you to give or receive a bj or anything else. Do what you enjoy and are comfortable with, as well as what your partner likes and is comfortable with.

I really didn't think I would enjoy it at first. I had to be coaxed into letting myself go and see how it both tasted and felt. I was hesitant at first but really got into it, It was a couple of goes though before I started to let men cum in my mouth, once that first one did, it opened up a whole can of worms to the point where I became almost a junky for cum, even now when a guy cums in my mouth I keep sucking and try to get him to cum again. Very few have though. The solution was to have more than one guy at a time until I was fully satisfied

People won’t automatically suck your cock in a way that works for you. You have to know what you like and teach the person. It took me 15 yrs of being sexually active to find the way I liked to get sucked.

I’m similar. I love the idea of being intimate with women, but I don’t have enough desire to go out of my way for it. The only physical encounters I’ve had with women have been in threesomes with lots of alcohol involved. I enjoy it in the moment, but I much prefer the experience of sleeping with a man. So when I’m horny, I look for men instead. You don’t have to have sex with men to find them attractive.

leekedbeats•

Considering the majority of men love head, I can tell you just have experienced good head yet. Which sucking dick is easier than eating pussy that’s for sure. Whoever your with just needs to learn. All of sex is learned anyways.

The only question I have for you is, why are you bi? You don’t like sucking or get sucked? What makes you think your bi then. I love stroking cock and holding it, but sucking and being sucked cums along with it. Just curious?

This is not a place to gatekeep

18
Nowayucan•

This is not “gatekeeping”. He’s not disqualifying OP from being bi. He is simply asking what OP likes about men if not oral sex. Contrary to gut reactions, it really is OK to ask questions when you are confused.

-3
owningmyokayniss•

It’s a bad question. There so much more about a man that’s attractive beyond oral sex

2
Nowayucan•

Well, yes, there is so much more to being gay than oral sex. But that’s the whole point of his question. It’s a bad question only in that he doesn’t know the answer. That’s why he asked it. Treating him like he’s a bad person for asking a sincere question is a more clear case of gate keeping than the question he asked.

1
BigDaddyBallz0069•

I have no idea what gatekeep is but, why he bi?

-23
portiafimbriata•

Because "bisexual" describes people who are attracted to two or more genders of people, not a lifestyle choice about who you have sex with or a list of sexual preferences.

(Besides, plenty of straight women don't like giving blowjobs)

13
BigDaddyBallz0069•

But straight women who don’t suck make guys bi in the blowjob dept. looking elsewhere for it.

-25
__sunmoonstars__•

Because acts don’t equate to attraction? Because not liking something sexual is completely fine? I’m sick of bisexuality being reduced to a checklist of sex when it’s so much more than that.

16
BigDaddyBallz0069•

But there is so much more then being attracted to men. It doesn’t stop there.

-6
advrider68•

I gotta ask the same thing. What’s the point in being bi if you don’t want some dick?

-19
xxPhoenix•

Because sex acts don’t equate to sexuality. Everyone has stuff they like and don’t when it comes to sex. Bi people specifically are overly policed on what bi means so it’s a little tiring for us to constantly defend our sexuality. For instance if a straight person doesn’t like blowjobs no one questions their sexual identity.

15
advrider68•

If a straight friend told me he didn’t like his wife giving him blow jobs I would definitely have some questions about it.

-16
xxPhoenix•

There’s so many reasons why someone would be uncomfortable in a one night stand while exploring their sexuality. Have a bit of empathy, this is a completely different situation than with a spouse.

fyrdude58•

If I had a straight friend tell me he didn't like his wife giving him blow jobs, I'd have questions about her ability... and then maybe offer to show her how to do it right.
