How did you do it/which paints did you use?

It was mainly with an airbrush, used a selection of game air paints from Vallejo. Based it in black then layered from purples red/pinks the light pinks then went back and highlighted some darker purple areas. Gave the whole model a wash of citadel shade purple then just the slime/ooze in green

Looks amazing! This is making me want to pull the trigger on getting an airbrush, but I just get overwhelmed by the options and reviews always seem mixed. Do you mind sharing what your airbrush setup is? A link to it as well would be awesome! Again, incredible paint job!

Thanks for the love, appreciated! I did originally get a cheap one with a cheap compressor (amazon job) the whole thing put me off for quite some time. Wouldn't work, so much splatter when paint did come out just a disaster start to finish. I spent time watching YouTube videos, looking through Instagram and decided on a brush and compressor that looked like it would do the job so ordered this from Element Games here. I'm pretty sure there are cheaper options, especially the airbrush, but the compressor is just as important imo. Hope that helps a little
