with everything and their eltex gear they have a psychic sensitivity of almost 300% 367% while sitting at 100% mood all the time.
that +20 +29 mood buff for my colony is enough that i can host nobles in a barrack without beds and they always have good mood
when at home noone can flip anymore.
and i feel bad

Watch out, the psychic harmonizer seriously screws your framerate and tps later in the game
There's a mod to remove the graphic/lag spikes.

As harmonizers rely on pawns being on their radius, the game needs to be constantly calculating and ticking the mood buff and health diff on every pawn. Do a tick every second for 30 pawns and you have a crap ton of lag. Same thing with the specialist and leader commands.
