Budget 100% (full sized) keyboard

Help

Hello guys. i've had a Reddragon Vara for a few years and i think i want another keyboard. i want a full sized one because i work in excel sometimes and i really need the keypad. I'd like it to be a bit more silent than my current keyboard and i guess the gatorade yellow switches would be the way to go? Since aren't so many reviews or suggestions of silent budget mechanical full sized keyboards, what would you recommend? Thank you

Thanks @jolly-ad7653. Yes exactly. Sorry for the miscommunication.

There is EVGA Z15, a full sized hot-swappable keyboard. So you can change your switches if you don’t like the standard Kalih speed silvers(which I didn’t as I thought it was too light)

I guess my answer would depend on your definition of "budget" - are we talking under $100 USD? Under $50? $150?

I don t really have a budget set in mind. Around 100$ maybe?

Keychron K10 Keychron C2 Logitech K845 Akko 3108

These are some suggestions I'd look into a bit. A lot of the decision is gonna come down to preference.

Keychron K10 with either brown or red switches would be pretty good. It's a hot-swappable board too, so you could put in other switches in the future if you want to.

Just search 1800 keyboards on Amazon or something. You should see a few on there to choose from. RK has one on there for like $80 with hotswap and wireless. So does Keychron.

I don't know when they started but I do know the Vara that I bought a month ago had Outemu hot swap sockets even though they don't advertise it. I put my Gazzew Boba U4 switches in it and used it for a week. Ultimately I decided I wanted a GMMK full size instead so I put the blue switches back into it and returned it to Amazon.

edit: I said this because you said you wanted a quiet board and the U4 switches are silent tactiles. So you might be able to change your keyboard into what you're looking for with just a set of Outemu switches or Gazzew ones. (All of the Gazzew switches us an Outemu bottom housing.)

I just ordered the 104 key variant of the LTC Nimbleback. Should be here Saturday so if you're not in a rush I can give you some first impressions when it arrives.

It's a full size hot swap board, comes with linear switches of some sort, I'll be putting Box Pale Blues on it. Most reviews of the 65% variant I've seen have been good, so I'm hoping that carries over.

I guess being $75 it's more on the low end of midrange rather than budget, but it's the only one I found around this price that ticked most of the boxes for me, other than maybe the Keychron C2 but the shipping price on that was kinda ridiculous.
