1999 Rocky Mountain Hammer Race BB stuck?

I have a 1999 Rocky Mountain Hammer Race and I’m trying to get the bottom bracket out with no luck. If the tool stays in place (it really wants to slip out) I can’t get it to budge even with nearly my full body weight. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s not actually reverse threaded after all? The non drive side came out relatively easily, and I’ve been soaking the drive side in WD-40 for a week.

Heading to the hardware store to see about a long bolt to bolt the BB removal tool right to the taper but is there anything else I can try in the mean time, or other technique I’m missing? Im already using the longest wrench I have

Clarity edit: It’s the drive side that I’m trying to remove and I’m trying to turn it clockwise (righty-loosey)
