Review:

Everything I said about Book 1 still holds true here. I loved everything about this book so much. The Vaanti were so interesting to interact with, Diego and Varynn are so cute together, and Lila’s story was handled extremely well. Yvonne is a fun new character as well. Lundgren and his squad are detestable, but hey, they’re villains, they’re supposed to be that way. IRIS turning on us is sad, and honestly kind of negligible, as your score with her doesn’t really matter beyond an optional choice later on. The Catalyst Idols were haunting, and also fun to collect. I think my favorite is Grace’s idol, though Jake’s idol is really sad for me as well (considering he is one of my favorite LIs in the entire app!). I really don’t have much else to say. Great book!
