Tried getting the first couple of wins of the Xyz Festival for gems. How do I respond? Using Digital Bug btw.

As a Utopia player, your probably not going to be able to do much at this point besides using cards that cannot be negated, or playing a normal monster. Draco future (cannot be destroyed by card effect or battle) can stop monster effects and takes them, Ultimate Leo can just negate monster effects and half attack, number 99: Dragonar will quick effect summon number 38: hope harbinger, which can eat (negates then is used as Xyz material) spells. If they summoned out ultimate Leo, that most likely means they have a Numbers Protection trap spell, which will negate a spell/trap or monster effect. If that activates and you try to destroy a monster card, in the GY it negates it. Dragonar can also make a monsters attack 0. In this event, I'm having the time of my life. I'm close to 15,000 medals and maybe lost like 4 duels, mainly due to a back opening hand. But there are definitely ways to get past this, just depends if you have the right cards. Idk digital bug so I'm not too much help, but ig this is just a future note as to what the cards do and how to counter
