6 Perks

You are walking on a side walk when you noticed a scroll. You pick it up and read it. The content lists 6 perks with checkboxes on each of them.

The instruction at the bottom is to check up to 2 perks and then burn the scroll and you will get your perks in one way or another. You can also ignore it and nothing will happen. If you check more than two perks, it will be invalid and you won't receive any perk.

CHOOSE UP TO 2 PERKS:

Perk 1: Traveler

• Hotel rooms only cost 10% the actual value anywhere you go. Same with rent but only on the first month, making moving out as the cheaper option most of the time. Car fuel, airfare and public transport as well as Ubers cost 10% the actual value as well.
• You can't give out or resell the rent, hotel rooms, fuel or tickets. If you try that, the perk instantly expires.
• You also get free car repairs, maintenance, and insurance for life for 1 car at a time. You can only reassign this benefits to another car once a month.

Perk 2: Green Thumb

• You are now an expert in growing plants and also provided with 10 acres of arable land in a rural area of your choice.
• The plants you grow with your own hands (machine doesn't count) will be repellent to pests, only need 10% water and sunlight, and grow 3x faster. They will also yield high quality produce regardless of season and without the need for fertilizers.
• You can sell your produce to the government anytime and they will buy all of it (those you grew with your hands) without hesitation at twice the market value. They would even volunteer to harvest and collect the produce for you.

Perk 3: Scholar

• You will gain 20 IQ and become instantly fluent in 3 more spoken languages of your choice, even fictional ones.
• You reach an intellectually elite level at one field of your choice like Warren Buffet in finance/investments or a grandmaster in chess.

Perk 4: Athlete

• You gain 30% additional strength, speed and reflexes. You can now just sleep for 3 hours a day but still have the same benefits from an 8-hour sleep.
• You reach an elite level of skill at one sport of your choice like an Olympic swimmer or a UFC fighter.

Perk 5: Stud

• Up to 4 non-related living adults of your choice (celebrities come to mind when I added this as option) become your friends with benefits for life but you can cut these ties with them anytime.
• If they have a spouse/partner, they will divorce/break up. They will be STD-free as well and won't see other people. They don't mind if you have a spouse/partner or other friends with benefits as long as they have proof that your spouse/partner is ok with this setup.

Perk 6: Clairvoyant

• You can now perceive info beyond normal means from within 200-meter radius and an hour into the future i.e. you are watching a football game live and you'll know the score 1 hour into the future.
• This doesn't work with TV or internet i.e. you won't know what the TV will show within an hour.
