PSA: learn how to format!!!
Way too often users creating issues don't format their text. So learn the difference:
Use backtick for inline thing, and ~~~ to sandwich a block of code, or logs. Bonus points to add the language after the first set of ~~~ for syntax highlighting.
Sincerely, a maintainer tired of editing user's messages to format shit.

I feel you - people are so quick to gripe and complain and demand features but can't take the time to provide proper information and/or formatting

Seriously, 100% of issues of today have bad formatting. WTH.
